The Rapida Stripbox from Interfit is a high quality softbox that is compatible with ISO type shoe-mount flashes (not Sony/Minolta). It is highly portable thanks to the speed lugs and fittings on the speedring, which allow the softbox to be stored away in seconds in its supplied carry bag. To use, simply pull the rods into place until they click in the speedring.
